Reporting to the Manager, RCMP Support Services, this position provides varied support including providing information and assistance to the public, handling inquiries and complaints, processing requests for criminal record checks, maintaining Detachment security at the front counter related to visitors, and maintaining records, files and statistics related to the work. Qualifications include: • Completion of Grade 12, supplemented by related experience preferably in a police environment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience; • Sound clerical skills and the ability to operate CPIC, PRIME and other related computer systems; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Strong interpersonal and team skills and able to maintain effective working relationships; • Outstanding multi-tasking skills with an ability to thrive in a busy working environment; • R.C.M.P.
