Administration Supervisor
Green By Nature EPR ("GBN EPR"), (Queensborough) New West.

GBN EPR has been awarded the contract for the post-collection services for PPP in the Province of BC by Multi-Material British Columbia ("MMBC"). This will involve collecting materials from depots across BC and processing the collected curbside materials from Single Family and Multi-Family Dwellings, across each of ten geographic zones making up the entire province of BC. It is expected that GBN will manage the movement of approximately 185,000 metric tons per year of recycled materials from across the province. As a result of being awarded this contract, GBN EPR is currently looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Controller, this position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions involving: • Contract Management: • Batch Management: • Inventory Management: • Provide support to facilities for ad-hoc requests related to Approved/Missing Batches • Investigate and resolve issues related to data submission • Build and Maintain relationship with MMBC and CSSA. The successful candidate will possess a university degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent training and experience. A minimum of three to four years in a similar administrative role is required. Prior experience working in the recycling and/or waste management field would be a definite asset. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving abilities are further requirements. Previous supervisory experience, demonstrated previous accomplishments and being a strong team player round out the qualifications needed to be effective in this position.
