Executive Secretary, P/T

The position is part-time requiring approximately 8-10 hours per week depending on the volume of work with 4-6 of these hours on site on Fridays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Required: • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (this is the program used to manage the company's database, produce reports, mail-out labels and phone lists). Facility with producing multiple report formats from one worksheet, and with cross-referencing spreadsheet cells, is essential. Must know how to do a custom sort, change headers and footers, hide and unhide cells, format spreadsheets, export from Excel to Word, and other Excel functions • Intermediate to Advanced Word skills (this is the program used for correspondence, reports and schedules).
