This is infrastructure technical and operational work providing infrastructure systems support, infrastructure project support or design, and infrastructure related problem resolution services to the City. The incumbent is also responsible for MS Outlook Resource Management (e.g. user mailbox, meeting rooms, share folders, etc). Working knowledge of the following technologies is preferred: Windows Server 2003 and above, IBM AIX, Linux operating systems, NetApp SAN storage and EMC Networker systems.
