Active Career Connect and Engagement Project for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (ACCEP-IEHP), funded in part by the Government of Canada's Foreign Credential Recognition Program, helps Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) integrate into Canadian labour market by providing:

  • Mental Health and Wellness Sessions

  • Mentorship Opportunities

  • Access to ACCEP-IEHP Job Bulletin

Pre-Landing Services

  • One-on-One Case Management

  • Webinars on Available Services and Resources for IEHPs

  • Profession-specific Workshops on FCR Credentialling and Licensing Procedures

Note: these pre-landing services are provided to IEHPs with a valid Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa.

Subsidized Work Experience

  • Up to 8 Hours Per Day

  • Up to 40 Hours Per Week

  • Up to 16 Weeks

  • Up to 50% - 70% of the Hourly Rate
