Santé Ouest and RésoSanté C.-B.
It was a true pleasure welcoming the staff from SUCCESS to our office at Santé Ouest. Their visit was filled with warmth, authentic connection, and meaningful dialogue - a reflection of the trust and collaboration we’ve built together.
From the outset, working with SUCCESS has been nothing short of exceptional. SUCCESS staff have been outstanding partners - professional, responsive, and deeply committed to building inclusive pathways to employment. What truly sets them apart is not only their extensive knowledge of the labour market, but also their profound understanding of the Francophone community and the unique needs of our organization.
Their cultural awareness, sensitivity, and ability to tailor their approach ensured that the placement of their recommended Medical Office Assistant was a perfect fit — both professionally and organizationally. Their guidance throughout the wage subsidy process was clear, efficient, and incredibly supportive.
We were also delighted to capture some wonderful photos together during their visit, which beautifully illustrate the spirit of partnership and collaboration we so value.
At Santé Ouest and RésoSanté C.-B., we are proud to work alongside organizations like SUCCESS — organizations that lead with heart, expertise, and a genuine commitment to equity and community well-being. We look forward to continuing this meaningful collaboration in the months and years to come.
