Information Session with Up With Women

Join us for an informative session with Up With Women, a non profit organization dedicated to supporting women and gender-diverse individuals on their journey toward sustainable careers and economic independence.

Up with Women offers a free 12-month program offering personalized, wraparound support tailored to each participant’s goals. Through 1:1 coaching with certified coaches, participants receive guidance in areas such as career development, education pathways, entrepreneurship, securing stable housing, and transitioning out of financial assistance. The program also includes group workshops and networking events, as well as access to up to 5 hours of free mental health counselling.

Program Eligibility:

• Age 18+

• Identify as a woman or gender-diverse

• CLB 6 level in English or French

• Access to internet
