About the Role
Position Highlights:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Gynecologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary women's health clinic in Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about combining gynecologic expertise with innovative aesthetic and regenerative treatments to support women's health, wellness, and quality of life.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive consultations and procedures related to female intimate health and aesthetic gynecology. Depending on privileges and interests, opportunities may also exist to provide clinical sessions within an affiliated hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for aesthetic gynecology patients
• Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive vaginal rejuvenation procedures
• Provide treatments for:
• Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM)
• Stress urinary incontinence
• Vaginal laxity
• Sexual wellness concerns
• Vulvovaginal health conditions
• Postpartum pelvic floor concerns
• Perform energy-based treatments (laser and radiofrequency) where appropriately trained
• Administer regenerative and biologic therapies, including PRP-based procedures, where permitted and clinically indicated
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and professional standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs
• Potentially provide gynecology services within an affiliated hospital setting, subject to privileges and operational requirements

Qualifications Required
Medical degree (MD) with eligibility for licensure in Alberta
Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (RCPSC) or equivalent recognized credentials
Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Fellowship training or additional certifications in Aesthetic Gynecology, Female Pelvic Medicine, Urogynecology, Sexual Medicine, or Regenerative Medicine
Experience performing vaginal laser, radiofrequency, and/or regenerative procedures
Interest in building and growing a specialized aesthetic gynecology practice
Existing Alberta practice experience is considered an asset
