We are seeking passionate, professional, and client-focused Aestheticians to join our expanding medical aesthetics practice in Alberta. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered environment that offers advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions.
The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining high professional standards, and building long-term relationships through outstanding care and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform professional aesthetic treatments, including:
• Facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling (where certified)
• Laser and light-based treatments (where certified)
• Body contouring and skin tightening procedures
• Hair removal treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare recommendations
• Educate clients on treatment options, products, and aftercare protocols
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms, devices, and equipment meet health and safety standards
• Stay current with industry advancements, products, and technologies
• Support clinic growth through client retention and exceptional service
Details
Qualifications Required
Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Medical Aesthetics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, polished, and client-centered approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology clinic
Certification and experience with:
Laser hair removal
IPL treatments
Microneedling
Chemical peels
Body contouring technologies
Medical-grade skincare products
Sales and retail experience within aesthetic or wellness settings
Existing client following is considered an asset
