About the Role

Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate team members and handling inquiries promptly.
• Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately at the front desk.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence related to dental procedures.

Details

  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office setting.

  • Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, including appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and medical terminology.

  • Proficiency with dental practice management software

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and administrative tasks.

  • Prior experience working with medical office procedures or in healthcare environments is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
