About the Role
The Operations & Client Success Coordinator will work directly with the Founder/CEO and support the launch, pilot implementation, and commercialization of MANA SYNC.
This is a hands-on startup position. The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, working independently, learning quickly, and contributing across operations, customer implementation, documentation, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for pilot customers, including user training and launch readiness.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, training materials, implementation records, and cybersecurity-readiness documentation.
• Assist with recruiting and engaging potential pilot customers.
• Conduct market research and support stakeholder and customer engagement.
• Assist with product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Configure MANA SYNC for pilot customers, including importing SOPs and Learning Management System (LMS) content.
• Support marketing and business-development initiatives related to market entry and growth.

A strong written and verbal communicator.
Comfortable interacting professionally with healthcare organizations, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Strong in documentation, process development, and project coordination.
Comfortable learning new software and digital tools.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Interested in healthcare technology, digital health, operations, customer success, or commercialization.
Experience with business development, customer implementation, or healthcare operations would be considered an asset.
