We are a leading Toronto-based physiotherapy and massage therapy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care. We specialize in physiotherapy, sports rehab, chronic pain management, post-surgical recovery. Our team of licensed physiotherapists and RMTs collaborates closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient outcomes.


Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic Outreach & Marketing Associate to build relationships with family physicians, specialists (e.g., chiropractors, sports medicine doctors), and allied health clinics across Toronto. Your goal will be to promote our services, drive referrals, and position our clinic as the preferred partner for high-quality rehabilitation care.


Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Relationship Building (70%)

· Identify, contact, and meet with family doctors, specialists, and local clinics to educate them about our services.

· Schedule and deliver lunch-and-learns, clinic tours, or presentations to referral partners.

· Distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, referral pads) and follow up consistently.

· Maintain a referral partner database and track engagement metrics.

Marketing & Promotion (30%)

· Collaborate with the team to develop targeted campaigns (e.g., email newsletters, physician-focused content).

· Represent the clinic at networking events, health fairs, and community partnerships.

· Gather feedback from referral partners to improve service offerings and communication.


Qualifications:

✔ Experience: 1–2+ years in healthcare outreach, B2B sales, or medical marketing (experience in physiotherapy/rehab is a huge plus). ✔ Skills:

· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal).

· Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to cold-call and pitch confidently.

· Basic knowledge of Toronto’s healthcare landscape (e.g., Primary Care Networks, clinics).

· Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace.

✔ Nice-to-Haves:

· Existing network with GTA physicians or rehab providers.

· Multilingual to serve diverse communities.
