About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide quality care and support to clients in both community and facility-based settings. The successful candidates will assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Details
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and companionship to clients.
Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
Deliver care in the community and/or at our facility locations.
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professional standards of care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
PSW Certificate required.
Experience in community and long-term care settings is an asset.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid TB test or Chest X-ray.
Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism.
Additional Asset:
Tagalog-speaking / Filipino candidates are strongly encouraged to apply due to the needs of our client population.
