About the Role
Assist clients with activities of daily living to support independence and optimal functioning.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Personal care assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal planning, preparation, and cooking
• Medication reminders
• Escorting clients to appointments
• Ambulatory assistance
Details
One of the following qualifications is required:
PSW graduate
PSW student who has completed placement hours
Caregiver with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on senior care experience
RN/RPN student with a minimum of 2 completed clinical placements
Internationally trained nurse with experience assisting seniors and/or adults with activities of daily living, behaviour support, or personal care
